From placing your order to receiving tracking details, here is what to expect.

01

Choose Your Product

Look for products clearly marked as available for pre-order and review the estimated availability information shown on the product page.

02

Place Your Order

Add the product to your basket and complete checkout as normal. Payment will be collected when the order is placed.

03

Stock Is Reserved

Your item is allocated from the incoming delivery and prepared for dispatch as soon as it reaches our warehouse.

04

Order Dispatched

Once the stock arrives and your order is ready, we will send your dispatch confirmation and tracking information.

Please note: Pre-order dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, shipping, customs or circumstances outside our control. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order products may be dispatched together once all items are available.
