GymSets P100 Power Cage with Cable Machine

The GymSets P100 Power Cage combines a power rack, high/low cable system, pull-up station, dip station and landmine trainer into one compact strength-training setup.

Built around a heavy-duty steel frame with a 450kg stated weight capacity, the P100 is designed for squats, bench press, overhead press and other barbell movements while also providing cable-based training from the same footprint.

The integrated high and low pulley system allows exercises including lat pulldowns, low rows, face pulls and curls, while the multi-grip pull-up bar adds further upper-body training options.

Adjustable J-hooks and internal steel spotter bars allow the bar position to be set for different exercises, while removable dip handles and the included landmine attachment expand the range of movements available.

Measuring approximately 205 × 113 × 129cm, the P100 provides a broad range of strength exercises within a relatively compact footprint, making it particularly suited to dedicated home gyms.
